Swap Once is a web platform and mobile application allowing individuals and businesses to swap contact information easily and seamlessly.  We were asked to provide strategic consulting on their existing product offering, and propose a future state of the brand and UX / UI design.  We engaged in extensive market research, administered a complex 5-stage survey to hundreds of participants, conducted in-depth interviews with target users, proposed new functionality development, and prepared a pitch deck for potential investors.
